In May 2025, Clean Heat Europe hosted the first meeting of its Industry Group, an alliance of 17 industry leaders across the clean heat space. Clean Heat Europe brings them together to speak jointly in support of measures which raise the tide for the entire clean heat sector. This document is their manifesto, calling on the European Commission to take action to strengthen the business case for clean heat solutions.

The Clean Industrial Deal represents a generational opportunity to revitalise Europe’s clean heat transition. In this letter, undersigned by trade associations and NGOs in the clean heat space, we outline key action points: effective policy measures that together contribute to ushering in an age of European clean heat leadership.

Clean Heat Europe's inaugural report examines clean heat readiness in 12 EU countries. Based on research by Trinomics, the study finds that policies are not yet strong or consistent enough to encourage a wide-scale uptake of clean heating and cooling systems.
